RIGHT OF RETRACTION AND RETURN OF ARTICLES

In application of article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code
the customer has a right of withdrawal.

RETURNS

La Ruche Moderne SAS has a 14-day return policy.
Any unwanted item, in a limit of 2 items per order,
must be shipped back within 14 days after receipt.
The return shipping costs is at the customer’s charge.

RETURN YOUR ARTICLES

– Wrap your article in Atalaye’s original packaging
and re-use the enveloppe our cardboard box to pack your return.
– Submit your return via the following return form ( button ” process a return” )
– Please handle, fold and pack the return items with care.
Make sure to protect your return from any external damages.
– Write your order number in the package.
– Ship to:

EXCHANGES

Dear French customers,
Exchanges are based on available stock and are free of shipping costs.
The ordered items are only redeemable for a different size or color.
Should another item be of interest to you, simply return your article 
for a full refund and order the new item separately on our eshop.

Der customers outside France,
In case you would like to exchange an item, we require you to place a new order and return the original order for a refund.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the credit card of the original buying cardholder.
We will refund within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Please note that damaged items (stains, deformations, damaged seams, holes) won’t be refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them,
with the tag and seal still attached.
If the item is reported as defective and/or has been received with damages, you must contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt: estore@atalaye.com.
Returned items that are either used, incomplete (in particular in the case of missing accessories), dirty, or either damaged or deteriorated by the customer will not be refunded.
